the room design was excellent. it was spacious and clean. the beddings were soft and perfect for restful sleep. the bathroom was quite large.
i found the water policy to be a bit odd, as only a few small plastic bottles were provided, and extra water was chargeable.

The hotel has a nice pool, located in the heart of the building. It features multiple areas for sitting and relaxation. the fitness center includes three treadmills plus various weight machines. i found everything very well kept.

The water policy seemed strange. they only provided four tiny plastic bottles daily. extra water cost extra, and they didn't refill the bottles after cleaning. This was inconvenient. i had to ask constantly for more water. i found that odd

The room was large and very quiet. the bed was very comfortable with great linens. the air conditioning was easy to adjust and effective. i appreciated being close to lumpini park. It was lovely for a walk.
i found the water policy strange. only four tiny plastic water bottles were complimentary in the room. i had to constantly ask for more, and each bottle was very small.

worn couchestoilet malfunction
i noticed signs of wear throughout the hotel. the couches in my suite had visible stains and general wear. also, we had a minor plumbing issue. the toilet wouldn't flush, though the staff did fix it quickly after i reported it. i think a bit more attention to maintenance would really help.
